The young lady didn’t like her front  teeth due to several reasons:

• Yellowish teeth in general
• Discoloured old restorations on all of her  front teeth
• Discolour left front tooth after root canal treatment
• Teeth front teeth not well aligned

We suggested to her to crowned her front teeth and; her ‘side’ teeth have them veneered; up to the first premolar. Firstly, we took impression to make a model of her teeth. From the model, the changes were made to correct the shape of her front teeth to make them more pleasant. The model was shown to her and upon acceptance to our treatment plan, her teeth were anesthetized  and were prepared for crowns and veneers. Temporary crowns/veneers were fabricated and for the first time,  she had a chance to look at her new set of teeth in a proper alignment.

Impression of the prepared teeth were taken and was sent to the lab technician to have the crowns and veneers fabricated. Two weeks later, the crowns and veneers were ready and the patient came for the final stage: cementation of crowns and veneers.

The crowns and veneers were placed onto  her teeth, and the fittings and margins were checked. The colour and the shape were also inspected and patient was satisfied with the result. Finally, the crowns and veneers were cement using resin cement: Virolink II system.
